COOKING CLASSES

By booking a class you agree to the following terms and conditions.
 
Bookings are made online, on a first come, first served basis on receipt of full payment. All places must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
Payment can be made either through our e-boutique or by direct bank transfer to Aogami Kyoto. Once a class has been booked and paid for you will receive a confirmation email. The contact details provided at the time of booking will be used for all correspondence so please let us know of any changes.
 
If you wish to cancel your booking,
our policy is as follows：
8 days before the class/100% refund.
7 and 4 days before the class/50% refund.
3 days  before the class/0% refund.
 Aogami Kyoto will not provide for a refund if you do not come to the class.
 
Cancellation should be made by e-mail at aogami.kyoto@gmail.com.
 
The advertised menu of a class is a guideline only and may depend on seasonality.
The exact menu is liable to change according to what is available at any given time.
If a class has to be cancelled for unforeseen reasons we will notify all attendees immediately and you will receive a full refund.
 
Please let us know in advance of any food allergies, intolerances or special requirements at the time of or before booking.
 
By attending an Aogami Kyoto class/event you realise that you will be cooking, working with knives and kitchen stoves. You will be briefed on health and safety. We expect our customers to follow the instructions given by our staff and Aogami Kyoto can therefore accept no responsibility for injuries or illness that may result.
 
Appropriate clothing should be worn as we will not be able to compensate for any damage that may be caused in the class.
